Restrictions roadmap for chemical sustainability

The EU is about to reveal new restrictions which could potentially prohibit the use of thousands of harmful chemicals. Up to 12,000 substances may be outlawed under the new ‘restrictions roadmap’ making this the largest ever ban of toxic chemicals according to the European Environmental Bureau (EEB). And this is not an isolated incident. As the world begins to actively address the three major contributors to our environmental emergencies - biodiversity loss, climate change and chemical pollution - we will only see increasing calls to reduce chemical harm.

At HazEL, we are deeply proud to be a part of the solution. Our innovative technology enables users to prioritise those chemicals that require immediate attention in a scientifically robust and transparent way. We help focus limited resources to the places where they will make the most difference.

It’s our pleasure. Really.
