Scale for Growth

Over the past few days, we have had the pleasure of participating in the Agritech Activator Scale for Global Growth programme, a collaboration between NZTE and Callaghan Innovation. This programme offers a unique opportunity for a select group of NZ agritech start-ups to receive guidance from experienced business development experts, and tap into their extensive networks and resources.

For companies like HazEL, this kind of development is invaluable. It helps lay down the building blocks necessary for establishing solid business practice, focused forward planning and responsive customer service, all of which are critical for success in the competitive global market.

One of the experts sharing his insight was Stuart Braxton, an NZTE Digital Beachhead advisor (private sector consultant) with over 25 years of international marketing experience including two decades in Apple's Marketing Communications group. With his help, we were able to refine and define the values we deliver to our customers. Next, we focus on financials and models of business.
